01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and BBClub ("Platform", "We", or "bbclub"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bbclub.fun website, the bbclub mobile app, and all related services.

Your continued use of the bbclub platform after any changes to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any amendments.

These Terms should be read together with bbclub's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form the entire agreement between you and bbclub regarding your use of this platform.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use the bbclub platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. We conduct age verification as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restriction preventing you from doing so.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at bbclub. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and throughout the KYC process must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Not on the self-exclusion list: You do not have an active self-exclusion restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling activities.

03 Registration & Account

Upon registering a bbclub account, you are fully responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any other party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bbclub immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. bbclub will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

• Password: Use a strong password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Change your password regularly.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for an added layer of security on your account.
• Inactive account: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
• Account transfer: Your bbclub account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

BBClub supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other online bank transfers. All transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

• Minimum deposit limit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal process: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the selected payment method. Withdrawals to digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay are typically completed within 1–4 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Identity verification: All withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC review. You must ensure your identity verification documents have been submitted and approved before making your first withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• One bonus per promotion: Each member is eligible to receive each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bbclub bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage betting strategies — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and possible account closure.
• Right to cancel: BBClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the bbclub platform are operated in accordance with the respective game rules set by the relevant software providers. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results: All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by real dealers in Live Casino games. These results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Technical disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, bbclub will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available transaction records. bbclub is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to the user's internet connection.

08 Account Closure

BBClub reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• You provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• You are involved in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• You operate multiple accounts or abuse the bonus system.
• Your account has been found to be accessed by a third party.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbclub platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, graphics, text, software code, and audio-visual materials — is the property of bbclub or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any content on the bbclub platform without prior written consent from bbclub. Use of bbclub's logo or brand name in any form of advertising, social media content, or promotional material without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

The bbclub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BBClub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• BBClub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
• BBClub is not liable for technical failures, service disruptions, or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Bbclub's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Terms Amendment

BBClub reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you via your registered email or a prominently displayed notice on the bbclub platform.

12 Applicable Law

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
